Travelers along I-65 in Tennessee now have a new highway amenity.
Dolly’s Tennessean Travel Stop officially opened on June 24th at Exit 22 in Cornersville, Tennessee.
Located roughly one hour south of Nashville and northwest of Huntsville, the facility accommodates truck drivers, families, and everyday road-trippers with modern amenities and a sense of local hospitality.
The travel center features a variety of dining options, including DLY BBQ, “Cup of Ambition” coffee, and a full-service sit-down restaurant. Additionally, the flagship location boasts a custom mural honoring Cornersville and a replica of Dolly Parton’s touring bus for photo opportunities.
The venture is the first in a planned series of travel centers. It was developed through a partnership between global icon Dolly Parton, manager Danny Nozell, and Gregory H. Sachs, who has operated the Tennessean Travel Stop brand since 2017. The concept was inspired by Parton’s lifelong history of touring and traveling the highway.
The grand opening event was a large-scale celebration, and all are welcome to attend and experience the travel stop firsthand.
