A Southwest Airlines Flight 2665 experienced a cracked windshield shortly after takeoff.

The Southwest flight was headed to the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport when a crew member noticed the damaged windshield.
The airplane took off from the Albuquerque International Sunport around 2 p.m. local time on May 11, 2026. The broken windshield prompted the crew to divert and make an emergency landing in Oklahoma at the Tulsa International Airport at approximately 4:20 p.m. local time.
Thankfully, no injuries have been reported at the time of this story breaking.
