Throughout this summer, American Airlines passengers will be treated to a special surprise during their flights.
As the Official North American Airline Supplier of FIFA World Cup 26, American Airlines is launching a brand new amenity kit collection for premium fliers. The kits include a variety of different clear-plastic crossbodies and zipper pouches specifically created to comply with the strict bag-check regulations of stadiums participating in the tournament.

Passengers will receive different amenity kits depending on the seat tier they select for their flight. Inside the pouches, American Airlines will also be providing summer-specific items like soccer-style socks and after-sun cooling gel. The kits and their specifications can be found below:
- Flagship First and Flagship Suite Preferred: One clear bag with blue leather piping along the edges and a “USA” patch reminiscent of the American flag. Includes a removable crossbody strap decorated with a blue and red pattern.
- Flagship Business and Flagship Suite: One clear bag with blue leather piping detail, a “USA” patch reminiscent of the American flag, and a strap decorated with a blue and red pattern. It can be worn as either a belt bag or crossbody bag.
- Premium Economy: One clear zipper pouch with a removable wrist strap and a “USA” patch reminiscent of the American flag.

When asked about the new premium amenities, American’s Chief Marketing Officer Caroline Clayton said, “Not only will we help fly fans to host cities on more flights than any other domestic carrier, but these amenity kits will help build excitement and passion for the tournament — and are match day ready! We’re excited to see them become part of this iconic tournament.”
American Airlines has recently added 27,000 seats across 12 new and existing routes between the anchor cities of the World Cup in preparation for the event. They are projected to fly nearly 1.45 million premium seats throughout the tournament.
