If you’ve ever wanted to take a piece of your vacation home with you, now might be your chance.
Marriott Bonvoy has just officially launched the Design Shop, a brand new furniture shop with pieces inspired by Marriott’s luxury hotels all around the world. The inaugural collection for the Design Shop is a collection drawing inspiration from both W Hotels and Westin Hotels & Resorts.

According to Design Shop, the colorful W Hotels collection is meant to capture “the vibrant spirit of W New York – Union Square,”. When describing the collection, they write that, “W Hotels Living channels the iconic hotel’s bold, urban design aesthetic and colorful palette into the home through a curated expression of statement furniture and décor. Each piece carries the architectural language and cultural energy of Union Square, translating the layered dynamism of downtown Manhattan into a residential experience that is at once expressive, refined, and unmistakably modern.”
This inaugural collection from W Hotels includes an upholstered bed, adapted for home living from the ceiling-height bed the actual hotel has. The set also has the hotel room’s nightstands, the room’s wall light fixtures by the bed (linear sconces), the low bench at the foot of the bed, and the iconic floral pillows inspired by Union Square Park’s colorful seasonal blooms, just to name a select few.
The inaugural collection from Westin Hotels & Resorts is rooted in their wellness philosophy. According to the Design Shop, “this collection features organic forms and nature-inspired art and accessories that together create a serene bedroom retreat.” Some standout pieces from this collection include the upholstered wood trim platform bed seen in various different Westin hotel rooms, a teal and gray abstract area rug, and many different assortments of vases, saucers, and catch-all trays.
In a press release on Hospitalitynet, Peggy Roe, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of Marriott International, had this to say: “Hospitality doesn’t end at check-out anymore. Design Shop reflects how we’re expanding the role of our hotels and destinations from places you stay to sources of inspiration you choose to live with. Marriott Bonvoy is shaping what modern hospitality looks like from hotel to home.”
Beyond the inaugural collection, Design Shop already has plans to go beyond hotel-inspired furniture collections and create some destination-driven drops. They plan to release their first travel furniture collection in June, 2026, and it will be a collection inspired by the French Riviera. In Fall 2026, the JW Marriott Living collection will be released in the shop. Inspired by the JW Marriott Hotel in Tokyo, Japan, this furniture collection will expand the series of hotel-inspired pieces, “inspired by Zen philosophy and the natural beauty of Goten-yama…”
